Roslyn Franken, proud cancer
survivor and author of The A List: 9 Guiding Principles for Healthy Eating and Positive
Living, invites companies world-wide to join The A List Corporate "Gift of Health"
Program, designed to enhance employee
wellness for better business results while raising funds for cancer research
The program was initiated in response to the mounting
scientific research that shows how many health problems including heart disease, diabetes,
high blood pressure, high cholesterol, some forms of cancer and more, can be prevented and
managed through proper eating, healthy weight management and an active lifestyle.
By educating and promoting healthy living practices to employees as part of Frankens
Corporate Gift of Health Program, businesses can benefit through:
- Reduced sick and stress leave
- Increased job satisfaction
- Increased productivity,
performance and results
- Enhanced leadership effectiveness
- Greater team morale and performance
- Improved client service
- Reduced employee turnover
- Enhanced company image
At the same time, company employees can benefit through:
- Improved quality of life
- Increased energy and ability to think
clearly
- Reduced stress
- Enhanced communication and
relationships
- Improved self-confidence and
self-image
- Reduced health risk factors
To participate, companies are encouraged to give The A List
book to all employees as a Gift of Health as part of:
- employee health and wellness initiatives
- new employee welcome packages
- thank-you, holiday or customer appreciation gifts
- prizes or give-aways at golf tournaments or other corporate events
- value-added items to existing health-related product or service lines
- corporate charity fundraising initiatives
- and/or other suitable programs.
For every book ordered, a portion of proceeds
will be donated toward cancer research to the cancer organization of the corporations
choosing. Special Gift of Health program discounts are available upon request
and will vary depending on number of copies ordered.
To re-inforce The A Lists 9 guiding principles, companies can bring in Franken for
Speaking Engagements, Training Workshops and One-on-one Counseling to help guide, support
and motivate executives and employees on their healthy living journey.

Roslyns
powerful messages are enriched by her own experiences in overcoming food, weight and
lifestyle challenges, and most significantly her successful triumph over cancer at 30

the Professional School of Psychology in California. It also inspired a career as a
motivational speaker, columnist and counselor.
Approaching
forty, Roslyns personal struggles with food, weight and lifestyle led to the

putting the principles into practice, she reached and maintains her current, healthy
weight and lifestyle and continues to remain cancer-free.
Roslyn owns
and operates Roslyn Franken Group, a company dedicated to guiding, supporting and
inspiring individuals and groups who want to build a better life through the practices of
