What is the 5-step process?

STEP 1: FREE Readiness Assessment

Before booking an initial consultation, we ask that you complete our FREE online Readiness Assessment Questionnaire. Once you have completed the questionnaire and submitted your answers to us, you can then proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2: FREE Initial Consultation

Goals: To ensure our program is right for you, and that you are right for our program at this time. Following the consultation, if it's agreed that you’re ready to get started, then you may proceed to STEP 3 below and register for our 30-day Starter Program.

Investment: There is NO COST and NO OBLIGATION. The only investment required is 30-minutes of your time.

STEP 3: 30-day Starter Program

Goals: The program starts with a 30-day commitment. The first 30 days will help you understand yourself better, identify your challenges, and start breaking free from your problematic food and lifestyle habits.

What it includes:

  • Complete Starter Kit with copy of The A List book plus all other required materials. If you already have copy of The A List book, the price of the book will be deducted from your program fees.

  • Four 30-minute, one-on-one private counseling sessions with Roslyn Franken. Sessions are conducted by telephone, so you can do it from anywhere for ultimate convenience. 

  • Unlimited telephone and email support between appointments.

What is required:

  • Readings and assignments from The A List book in preparation for counseling appointments. Designed to help you gain valuable insights into your relationship with food, your body and your inner-self, as necessary for creating the lasting results you so desire.

Investment:

  • Only $400.00. This includes a complimentary copy of The A List book. If you already have The A List book, $22.95 will be deducted from the fee.

  • Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full upon registration. However, payment plans may be arranged on an individual basis.

If after your 30-day program, it is agreed that you’re ready to start the Core Program, then you may proceed to STEP 4 below and register for our Core Program.

STEP 4: Core Program

Goals: To further redefine your relationship with food, your body and your inner-self.

Length of program: We generally recommend a minimum commitment of 3-6 months with no less than 1 scheduled counseling session per week. Customized plans are also available to suit your goals, needs and budget.

What it includes:

  • Scheduled one-on-one private counseling sessions with Roslyn Franken. Sessions are conducted by telephone, so you can do it from anywhere for ultimate convenience.  This way you can maintain your program regardless where you live and while traveling for business or pleasure.

  • Daily review of electronic logs personally by Roslyn Franken with guidance, feedback and support, as necessary, to help you address challenges, recognize successes and stay on-track. This means that if you're having a bad day or have questions between scheduled appointments, Roslyn can give you the help you need WHEN you need it. This way you don't have to wait till your next scheduled appointment to get the help and support you need.

  • Unlimited telephone and email support between appointments.

What is required: For the time of your Core Program, you will be required to check in daily through our 24/7 daily electronic diary system. This is just one part of what makes the program so successful. Through our system of regular accountability, guidance, support and motivation, we help you stay focused and on track as you discover new ways of eating and living for an unstoppable sense of health, well-being and happiness.

Investment: $400.00/month

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your investment includes all counseling sessions PLUS daily monitoring, feedback and support between sessions, as needed.
  • GST is extra (Canadian customers only).
  • Fees are subject to change without notice.

If after your Core program, it is agreed that you’re ready to start the Maintenance Program, then you may proceed to STEP 5 below and register for our Maintenance Program.

STEP 5: Maintenance Program

Goals: After you have completed the Core Program, you will be eligible for a maintenance program customized to your specific needs and budget. The goal of the Maintenance Program is to ensure that you are able to maintain your results on your own and help you address any challenges that come up along the way.

Length of program: We generally recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months with a minimum of 1 session per month for a total of 6 sessions. Additional individual sessions may be be booked on an as-needed basis.

What it includes:

  • A pre-determined number of scheduled 30-minute, one-on-one private counseling sessions with Roslyn Franken. Sessions are conducted by telephone, so you can do it from anywhere for ultimate convenience.  This way you can maintain your program regardless where you live and while traveling for business or pleasure. Also included is email support between appointments.

What is required:  In the Maintenance Program, you are no longer required to check in with Roslyn on a daily basis through our 24/7 daily electronic diary system. The only requirement is to prepare a summary update in preparation for your scheduled tele-counseling sessions.

Investment: Determined on an individual basis.
