finally get it... I have tried Weight Watchers, Tops, Herbal Magic, Herbalife, bought
every diet book available, including Dr. Phil's and I have lost weight only to regain it
back and more. I started with only about 10lbs to lose, and as the years go by it has now
reached 20+ lbs. I have always been a very healthy eater cooking nutritious meals
